Shipping policy
Sonic Vaping delivers anywhere in South Africa using The Courier Guy. You can also collect your order for free from either of our stores.
Delivery fees
- Standard delivery: a flat fee of R100 per order.
- Free delivery: on orders of R1,000 or more.
- In-store pickup: free at Sonic Vaping Mayville (Mayville Mall) and Sonic Vaping Hermanstad (Garden Plaza Hermanstad).
Processing and cut-off time
Orders placed and paid before 12:00 on a business day (Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, deliveries usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your location. Outlying and rural areas may take longer. These times are estimates from The Courier Guy and are not guaranteed.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, The Courier Guy will send a tracking number to the email address or cellphone number you gave us at checkout. Please make sure these details are correct so you receive updates.
In-store pickup
If you choose in-store pickup, we will let you know when your order is ready for collection, usually within 1 hour during trading hours. Please bring your order number when you collect.
Failed or missed deliveries
Please check that your delivery address and contact details are correct before placing your order. If a delivery fails because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or similar reason outside our control:
- You may contact The Courier Guy directly using your tracking number to arrange redelivery, or
- The parcel will be returned to our store, and a new delivery fee will be charged to resend it.
Sonic Vaping is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details supplied by the customer.
