By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. Age restriction

Our products contain or are used with nicotine and are intended for adults only. You must be 18 years or older to use this website or buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18. We may ask for proof of age at any time, including on delivery or collection, and we may cancel any order where we cannot confirm that the buyer is 18 or older.

Nicotine is an addictive substance. Our products are not intended for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with heart conditions, and must be kept away from children and pets.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

We make every effort to show products, colours, flavours and stock levels accurately, but errors can happen. If a product is priced or described incorrectly, or turns out to be out of stock after you order, we will contact you and either correct the order with your consent or cancel it and refund you in full.

We may change prices, products and promotions at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable, payment fails, fraud is suspected or the age requirement is not met. If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Payment is processed securely by our third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.

5. Delivery and collection

Delivery and in-store collection are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Returns, refunds and device warranties are governed by our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002, where those Acts apply.

7. Safe use

You are responsible for using our products as the manufacturer intends. This includes using the correct chargers and batteries, following the instructions for coils and devices, and storing e-liquids safely. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse, modification or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This clause does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for gross negligence.

9. Website use and intellectual property

All content on this website, including logos, text and images, belongs to Sonic Vaping or its suppliers and may not be copied or used without permission. You may not use the website for any unlawful purpose, or try to interfere with its operation or security.

10. Accounts and marketing

You are responsible for keeping your account login details private. Marketing messages by email or SMS are sent only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your personal information.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You agree to the jurisdiction of the South African courts, including the Magistrate's Court, regardless of the amount in dispute.
